How to Add Post Meta in Bricks Builder Using BricksFly

BricksFly Post Meta Element allows you to display post-related information within your Bricks Builder layout. Follow the steps below to activate the element and configure its available settings.

Requirement 

Make sure you have installed:

  • Bricks Theme 
  • BricksFly Pro

Activate Post Meta in BricksFly

  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard. 
  2. Click on BricksFly. 
  3. Head to the Elements tab. 
  4. Under Dynamic, toggle on Post Meta.

Step 1: Configure the Layout

Layout Style: Selects the visual layout used to display the post meta information. Different styles change how the meta items are arranged and presented. Available layout style options include One and Two. For this example, One is selected.

Alignment: Controls the horizontal alignment of the post meta content, such as left, center, or right. Available options include Start, Center, End, Space Between, Space Around, and Space Evenly. For this example, Center is selected, but you can choose any option based on your layout needs.

Share Separator: Displays or hides a separator between the post meta items to keep each piece of information visually separated. In this example, the option is disabled.

Show Title: Displays or hides the title or label associated with the Post Meta Element. For this example, the Show Title option is disabled, but you can enable it based on your preference.

Step 2: Add Post Meta Content

Meta List: Allows you to add, remove, duplicate, reorder, and manage the post meta items displayed on the page. For this example, three items are added, but you can add as many as needed.

+ Add Item: Adds a new meta item to the list. After adding an item, click it to configure the type of post information you want to display, such as the author, published date, category, comments, or other available meta data.
